Intel is coming to Central Germany. As a key investor, Intel is helping to develop a modern, forward-looking semiconductor ecosystem on sites southwest of Magdeburg in the years ahead.
High-Tech Park Sachsen-Anhalt GmbH was founded by the state of Saxony-Anhalt with the aim of realizing this globally unique, ambitious project, putting the region on the map. In addition to crucial support from the state of Saxony-Anhalt, it has the backing of Intel, the state capital Magdeburg, the municipality of Sülzetal, and the town of Wanzleben-Börde.
The High-Tech Park is a compact industrial and commercial area. Intel itself will operate here alongside its suppliers, other technology companies, research institutes, start-ups, visionaries, service providers and tradespeople. The area will be a lively campus, bustling with commercial and scientific activity.
Above all, the interaction between the companies and institutions operating here creates synergies and added value for all those involved, conserves resources and improves their own economic prospects. This semiconductor ecosystem will have an impact far beyond the region and attract worldwide attention.
